Catfish Knight & The Blue Express

From: USA

Catfish Knight & The Blue Express released a couple of singles in the late 1960s. In 1968, they released “I Can’t Keep From Cryin'” / “Deathwise.” The B-side is a good example of pop psych with great fuzz. The song begins with their version of “Paint It Black,” before it switches into its own composition. “Deathwise” also appears on the compilations A Lethal Dose Of Hard Psyche and High All The Time, Vol. 2
