The Carrie Nations were a studio project put together for the 1970 Russ Meyer film Beyond The Valley Of The Dolls. The Carrie Nations were never truly a band, they just played music for the movie. Along with their sole 45, the ‘band’ have a handful of songs that can be found on the soundtrack for the movie. Lynn Carry was the singer for the songs and she is co-writer on two of them. Non of the films band members actually play on the tracks.
