The Dream

The Dream formed in 1966 in Tiel, Netherlands, and were active until 1973. The band’s songs were written by Floris Kolvenbach. The Dream made appearances at major festivals such as the Holland Pop Festival, Jazz Bilzen, Pinkpop 1970, and the Betuwse Intriguing. The original band was made up by Rini Wikkering (guitar), John van Buren (keyboards), Charles Black (drums), Floris Kolvenbach (guitar, vocals), and Rob Heuff (bass). Heuff was replaced by Edgar Swanenberg in 1969. Kolvenbach has also performed in shows for Pink Floyd, The Kinks and Steppenwolf.
